Mercy Mangena


Office Administrator

Mercy runs the NFDS Africa office, taking care of everything from the financial administration, personnel administration, procurement and transport.

Mercy manages the book, does accounting and customers’ relations. She manages the office assistants and ensures that the office functions effectively. Mercy has good logistical skills for running workshops and meetings, of which she has been involved in over 30. She is also in charge of the administrative tasks of the Norwegian Consulate General that shares offices with NFDS Africa in Botswana.

Qualifications: Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Cathedral College, Gaborone, Botswana

Other training: Accounting and business management.

Countries of work experience: Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe.
