November 2014 - NFDS is pleased to announce that it will be working with Fisheries Committee for the West Central Gulf of Guinea (FCWC), Stop Illegal Fishing and Tryg Mat Tracking to implement a new three year project to support fisheries intelligence and MCS capacity in West Africa. The Project funded by Norway hopes to support the development of a Task Force of MCS operational staff and experts to cooperate on information sharing in order to fight IUU fishing in the region.
