Judith’s expertise and experience is in development and strengthening of: national fisheries laws, policies and institutions; regional organizations and agreements/arrangements; and international fisheries instruments.

She has also participated in regional and international negotiations and developed and led regional workshops/training courses and international consultations on a wide range of fisheries-related matters.
