October 2019 — Per Erik Bergh (CEO) attended the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Ministerial Conference on Fishing Vessel Safety and IUU Fishing held in Torremolinos, Spain on 21-23 October 2019.
The Conference saw 48 States commit to ratify the 2012 Cape Town Agreement, an international agreement which is expected to contribute to the fight against IUU fishing by providing a global mandatory regime for fishing vessel safety.
