February 2020 — Per Erik Bergh (CEO) represented Stop Illegal Fishing at the 2020 FishFORCE Dialogue meeting hosted at Nelson Mandela University on 9 and 10 March 2020.
FishFORCE was launched in 2016 and is Africa’s first fisheries law enforcement academy, aiming to improve the investigation and prosecution of fisheries crime globally, with a special focus on Africa. The Dialogue is to increase awareness and to engage a variety of international and local agencies and organisations in the fight against illegal fishing and fisheries crime.
